The booking form is for facility staff, organization representatives and adults asking about their own coaching. It requests contact details, general program goals, location, timing and aggregate audience information.
How the inquiry works
When you submit a complete inquiry, the site sends it through a protected Manus server endpoint. The endpoint checks the required information, applies anti-spam controls and stores the inquiry in UnDrafted Group LLC’s restricted corrections/reentry lead record. After durable acceptance, a booking notification is delivered to efisher@weareundrafted.com. A successful inquiry is not a confirmed booking, reservation or contract.
If the site cannot confirm delivery, it does not tell you that an inquiry was submitted. Instead, it opens an email draft you can review, copy or download and send through your own email system.
What to leave out
Do not include inmate identification numbers, individual case histories, youth personal information, medical records, private disclosures or sensitive facility security details. Coordinate any necessary operational information through a channel your facility approves.
Access, retention and requests
Inquiry records are used only to respond to the request, plan a potential program, prepare a proposal or contract, and maintain related business records. Access is limited to authorized UnDrafted Group LLC staff and service providers involved in handling the inquiry. Records are kept only for as long as reasonably necessary for those purposes and applicable recordkeeping obligations. To ask about information you submitted, request an update or request deletion where applicable, email efisher@weareundrafted.com.
The contact checkbox covers this inquiry only. It is not a marketing subscription, and submitting a form does not opt you into unsolicited marketing.
Hosting and external services
Manus hosts the website and protected inquiry service. Normal security, delivery and service logs may be processed to operate and protect the site; inquiry message text is not written to application error logs. Fonts and site images are served with this website. YouTube is contacted only when you choose to open a video. External book, letter and resource links lead to other websites with their own privacy practices.
Published letters
The letter collection uses material already published on Ethan’s websites. New scans should be reviewed for publication permission and identifying information before they are added.
